Aims :
Aim of the Misure elettroniche course
is to give the student the knowledge to be able
to use in the right way the modern instrumentation
in order to make measurements on low frequency
electric signals .
Topics :
Metrology fundamentals: units of
measurement and standards. Measure uncertainty
and its propagation. Counters and Frequency meters.
AD and DA converters. TRMS-to-DC converters. Digital
voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, multimeter and the
accessories necessary to expand their measure
field. Methods for the measurement of the parameters
of electrical components both in dc and ac supply.
Digital oscilloscope and spectrum analyser. Automatic
test equipments, IEEE 488 Std and Virtual Instruments.
