Aims :
The
course aims to provide basic knowledge for design
and use of measurement systems for testing and
quality control, based on digital devices for
data acquisition and processing. The course treats
technical issues concerning industrial diagnostics
for quality control and maintenance.
Topics
:
Introduction
to measurement systems for qualità control.
Digital acquisition systems: main architecture
and electronic components.
Introduction to graphic languages for programmino
virtual instruments and for driving digital equipment.
Elements of reliability, maintenance and relationships
with quality control.
Industrial diagnostics. Elements of basic algorithms,
fuzzy logic and neural networks for quality control.
Examples of diagnostic systems for conformity
assessment. Exampels of industrial tests benches
for on-line quality control.
