Aims :

The main aim of the course is to provide students with analytical tools about the organizational structures of firms and about the relationships between organization and information technology.

Topics :

Organization theories. Relationships between competitive strategies and organization. The main structural forms: unitary form, multi divisional form, matrix form. The firm as an open system and the inter-organizational relationships. Production technology and organization. Information technology and organization.

Exam :

The final exam is based on a written and an oral part.
