Il corso si propone di approfondire le tematiche connesse alla progettazione delle opere marittime, portuali e costiere.

Topics :

References and deeper studies of marine hydraulics. Waves effects on structures in deep water and in shallow water. Design of external and inner harbour structures. Outlines of seismic effects on marine structures and their interactions with the foundation ground. Dredging of the harbour areas, used equipments and recovery of the dredged material. Marine equipments of docks and means of transport and of transhipment of the harbour goods. Coastal engineering models.
