Aims :

 

To construct of the bases of acquaintance of the such hardware and the software to concur with the student to move easily and in autonomy, is from the point of view of uses of software of wide employment (in particular Office package), is from the point of view of logic of the programming.

 

Topics :

 

Introduction to computer science: Definition of information technology, computer’s hardware, binary representation, peripherals of I/O, types of memories. Classification of the softwares. Security.

Algorithms and programs: types of problem, problem solving, flowchart, introduction to programming languages, compilers and interpreters.

Visual Basic programming elements: types and variables, constants, mathematics operators, mathematical rules of precedence, functions and functions to manipulate strings. Visibility and life of the variables, Input and output methods. Relational operators, logical operators, structures for decisions. Structures for repetition (cycles for next and I give loop). Procedures and functions, parameters, events and event handlers, Array. Applicative Software the Package Office in particular Microsoft Excel: creation of series, formulas, orderings, absolute and relative references, filters, charts, the Macros. Microsoft Access introduction to the concept of Database and of RDBMS, the query, the masks and the reports.

The Web and the web applications: Introduction to the web, purpose, reasons of the happened one, architecture, navigation, URL. Slight knowledge of Nets, classifications.
