Aims :

The course aims at surveying the legal system of public works, with particular reference to the evolution on the ground of communitarian directives.

Topics :

Definition of government contracts; responsible authorities for planning public works and successful performance; proceeding: tender, bid, auction, gurantees; private and public contracts; power of responsible authority; project financing; building industry and public control; release of infringements; interests of people directly involved; discharge by performance; liability of contractor.
