Aims :

The course aims at surveing the national legal sistem of planning, pointing out the innovation recently come into force. The survey includes a quick commentary of expropriation for public utilities law.

Notion of planning law; legislature of State and Regions; executive power of State, Regions and local authorities; planning and environmental protection; planning and schemes; way of performing; application, authority, permission, inquiries; building industry and public control; remission of infringements.
