Aims :

Formative obiettivo of the course is to supply to the student first a first level of knowledge of the complexity of the architectonic project through the study of the theories supplied in the lessons to elaborate the principle plan of a single-family house.

Topics :

COMPLEXITY OF THE ARCHITECTURE:
Definitions and currents of thought; contradictions, complexity and interpretations.
FUNCTIONALS AND CONSTRUCTIVES ASPECTS:
The situated one: slowly regolator, climate, orography, guideline, vegetation, acoustic pollution, panorama, etc.
The Space: dimensions furnishing, distribution, environment conditions, safety, accessibility, flexibility.
The Construction: foundations, carrying skeleton, covering, systems and finishes.
THE SPACE AND THE PLACE:
The project, the topic, grammar of the fantasy, sharpening.
The place, the nature, constructed atmosphere.
The space, the age of the space, sound, color, light.
ARCHITECTURE OF THE 1900'S:
The vanguards and the modern movement; the Masters: Wright, Le Corbusier

The topics of the practices are:
- Analysis of the situated one and the place.
- The "rationalist" project.
- The "contamination" with the context.
